I’ve been thinking about something for a while now. What if Simon is so soft™ because he has a specialisation in children. We know that he, Daniel and Kara are housekeeping models, but in all three Simon is the kindest (Kara has natural motherly instincts so she doesn’t really count). I think they also mentioned in the game that the androids can get extra features. So how about Simon having a extra feature in children and instead of knowing nine thousand stories like Kara, he knows SIXTEEN THOUSAND. And maybe the reason why he doesn’t look as buff as Markus is to make him appear kinder to them kiddies! (or just to make him 15x cuter, which worked)
